Why are some of your products available in-store and not online?

We are continually working to expand our product offering available online. If there is a specific product you are looking for feel free to contact us via email or phone and we will do our best to help you.

 

Do you provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges?

No we do not. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. An alternative option is returning your item(s) to our store in Milwaukee, WI.

 

What happens if I order an item that is on backorder?

If you have purchased a product that is on backorder, it is temporarily out of stock and we will ship it as soon as we get it. Reorder time ranges from 3-5 weeks, we will keep you updated on the status of the item(s). You are charged for the backordered item at purchase. If you would like to cancel your order please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

 

Can I use a gift card for my online purchase?

Our website does not currently support Gift Cards as payment. We are actively working towards resolving this issue.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we only ship within the continental United States.
