We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all tags attached.

Shipping and handling are not refunded, and merchandise return shipping label(s) will be at the customer's responsibility and expense. Best Place is NOT responsible for any items lost in transit during a return or exchange. We do suggest adding tracking and insurance to your package to prevent possible shipping issues.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit you using the original form of payment you used to place the order. The refund amount will not include any shipping and handling fees paid on the original purchase.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The refund amount will include any shipping, handling, and taxes paid on the original purchase of the defective item(s).

Include the following information in the email: The order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the email address you used to make the purchase, as well as the reason for your return.

Items purchased online can be returned to our retail store location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If your return is eligible for a refund, only the cost of the items will be refunded, not the cost of shipping. This is a great option to avoid the additional shipping costs of mailing back the return.
